Where do I start when it comes to Ms. Dorene? She has been an absolute blessing to our family. My 9-year-old daughter now has such a strong passion for playing piano. Ms. Dorene taught my children for nearly 2 years. We began lessons when the kids were 5 and 7. She was so patient with both my children and they learned SO much from her. We were all very sad that Ms. Dorene had to move, but now a whole new group of kids get to benefit from her teaching.

Ms. Dorene is excellent! Kaelyn, our 6 year old, started her lessons in February and she loves it! We are very happy with her progress and we enjoy the music that she plays at home. She recently signed up to audition for a district wide talent show on her own..that’s how much she loves playing! Ms. Dorene is very supportive and boosts her confidence. We are looking forward to starting our youngest daughter with her lessons in the near future!

Dorene is a wonderful piano teacher–absolutely one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She taught me to observe and work on details of my playing that no teacher had ever pointed out before, and I’m such a much better pianist for it. I also enjoyed working with her personally– she’s not only an extremely competent and gifted pianist and teacher, but she’s a warm-hearted person in general, and very encouraging to her students.
